30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
IRS Notice Responder, operated by IRS Responder, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If our response letter isn't usable, or you're otherwise not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or follow the link in your Paddle receipt email and use the "Request a refund" option.
- Or reply directly to your receipt email within 30 days, or contact us at support@irsnoticeresponder.com and we'll process it with Paddle for you.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account page or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for subscription charges are also handled under the 30-day guarantee described above.
