How to Request a Refund
Our payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund:
- Reply directly to your receipt email within 30 days, or contact us at support@irsnoticeresponder.com and we'll process your refund.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for subscription charges are also handled under the 30-day guarantee described above.
